natural medicine in ancient healing traditions and herbal plant medicines. Leveraging unique mindfulness
practices to cultivate self awareness, her clients discover the skills needed to interpret their body’s messaging
system, building a solid foundation for conscious, healthy living. Because diet and stress are the two major
causes of poor health, Mary considers not only what her clients eat, but encourages them to identify what is
“eating” them. Thus, allowing them to consciously unlock their body's ability to heal, while bypassing

We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Barry as the newest addition to our team! He was born in San Diego,
California and raised between there and Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. He is a 2015 graduate of Bastyr University.

He offers primary and complementary care services for patients of all ages and with any type of health concern. He takes the time to listen to his patients, thoroughly answer all of their questions, and assists them in avoiding medications and surgeries whenever possible. He has special interests in the prevention of cardiovascular disease and diabetes, IV Therapy, men's health, and management of physical injuries using hands-on treatment therapies.
In his spare time, Dr. Barry loves to ride XC mountain bike trails, rock climb, and snowboard, as well as traveling to tropical countries and eating exotic fruits.

My husband has seen such positive results with me, that he too is now coming in to get healthy! I have shared with numerous friends how Dr. Heidi respects my time and limited finances, and truly cares about healing her patients. It is so refreshing to have an intelligent conversation with a dr. that knows why I am there from visit to visit, and actually has a plan in mind, or comes up with one, based on my current status and needs. her help in diagnosing my problems, and helping me get healthy." - M.P.
